L.I. NY OUT OF TIME FOR FERAL CATS...HOW HAVE THEY MANAGED TO SURVIVE THIS SNOWSTORM?

Ask for BOB TRANSOM  516 692 8700

PLEASE CROSSPOST.  DAYS ARE RUNNING OUT FOR THESE CATS

A HOLIDAY WISH FOR  SOME HOMELESS, HUNGRY kitties  IN PLAINVIEW.  PLEASE CROSSPOST. urgent!!!!!!!!!!!!
this may be something all rescuers on Long Island might be interested in:.
The ritzy Hamlet (Hamlet Olde Oyster Bay

is interested in doing something with the 6 semi feral to feral kitties who are trying to eat out of the restaurant garbage and in their impression "disturbing their community".  This may be an opportunity to barter saving cats lives for financial assistance for your organization.

These poor cats are stuck in this community doing nothing wrong and facing certain death.

The Board of Managers is considering trapping them and bringing them to the shelter, where they will certainly be euthanized.  (as they are feral)

They may consider more humane options, and perhaps consider monetary compensation for trappers who will take these kitties to a safer location (ie another feral colony or farm). Ideally, the board of managers can be talked into tnr. But if not relocation is these poor kitties only alternative.

The fancy complex is up in arms over this issue. And....they certainly have the MONEY to pay for this service.

PLEASE CALL THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE   (516) 692 8700 HERE TO DISCUSS THIS ISSUE WITH THEM TO SEE IF COMPENSATION CAN BE OFFERED FOR HUMANE ALTERNATIVES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

THEY ARE CONSIDERING DOING SOMETHING IN THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER. AND THESE CATS ARE GOING HUNGRY IN THE INTERIM.
